Polish tower infrastructure operator Emitel Sp. z o.o. is eyeing a valuation of about $1.5 billion in its planned public listing, Bloomberg News reported March 5, citing sources with knowledge of the matter.
The Alinda Capital Partners LLC-backed company is reportedly working with Citigroup Inc., Credit Suisse Group AG, Goldman Sachs Group Inc. and PKO Bank Polski SA on the proposed IPO in Warsaw, which could happen as soon as the second quarter of 2021.
Alinda Capital has yet to detail the listing's terms, the sources told Bloomberg. The investment firm will retain a majority stake in Emitel after the IPO, an earlier report said.
