Parthenon Capital to acquire RSM US Wealth Management

Private equity firm Parthenon Capital is acquiring RSM US Wealth Management LLC in a deal expected to close Feb. 18.

The terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

RSM US Wealth Management will be renamed Choreo LLC. Larry Miles will be its CEO.

Dave Scudder, RSM US Wealth Management's national leader, will move to Choreo along with the rest of the wealth management team. Scudder will become Choreo's executive vice president for strategic partnerships.
