Paredim Partners JV sells Trumbull, Conn., apartment asset – Multi-Housing News

A partnership between Paredim Partners LLC and LEM Capital LP sold The Royce at Trumbull apartment community in Connecticut for $82 million, Multi-Housing News reported March 10, citing CBRE Vice Chairman Jeffrey Dunne.

Sym Investments LLC acquired the 340-unit property at 100 Avalon Gates.

CBRE represented the joint venture on the transaction, according to the report.
