The merger of Waltham, Mass.-based RTN FCU and Stoughton, Mass.-based Artmet FCU was completed as of Dec. 1, according to a blog post on RTN's website.
Artmet members' RTN membership is effective as of the completion date, and their account information will be integrated into the RTN computer systems by Jan. 3, 2022.
As of Sept. 30, RTN had assets of about $1.06 billion, while Artmet had assets of $339,000, according to S&P Global Market Intelligence data.
