Khosla Ventures SPAC ends merger deal with drug developer Valo Health

Khosla Ventures Acquisition Co., a blank check company sponsored by Khosla Ventures LLC affiliates, and drug development company Valo Health LLC have terminated their merger agreement.

The two companies opted to cease the deal due to market conditions, particularly in the biotechnology sector.
