Kennedy-Wilson wraps up $200M add-on senior notes offering

Kennedy-Wilson Holdings Inc. unit Kennedy Wilson Inc. on March 15 closed the add-on offering of $100.0 million of 4.750% senior notes due March 1, 2029, and $100.0 million of 5.000% senior notes due March 1, 2031.

Wilmington Trust NA was trustee for the notes.
