Miami-based Intercredit Bank NA appointed Annelise Ferrer senior vice president and residential lending officer. Ferrer served as vice president and residential lending officer at Professional Bank, the Miami Herald reported Nov. 7.

Gene McCarthy joined Pittsburgh-based TriState Capital Bank as regional president for New Jersey.
McCarthy, who most recently served as first senior vice president and market executive at First Bank, succeeds Ken Orchard, who retired earlier this year.

Terrabank NA promoted Adriana Nino to senior vice president and human resources director, the Miami Herald reported Nov. 7.
Nino joined the Miami-based bank in 1997, according to the report.

Jacksonville, Fla.-based JAX FCU appointed Karen DeSalvo to the newly created role of chief experience officer, effective Oct. 11, according to a news release posted on CUInsight.com.
DeSalvo, who was previously with ValleyStar CU and Truliant FCU, will guide the credit union's leadership in improving member services and enhancing products and services and will oversee efforts in promoting sustainable growth.
