Integrity Marketing to acquire Colorado-based Annuity Agents Alliance

Integrity Marketing Group LLC agreed to acquire Denver, Colo.-based Annuity Agents Alliance for undisclosed financial terms.

As part of the transaction, Annuity Agents Alliance President Anthony Owen will become a managing partner in Integrity Marketing. The deal is subject to carrier consent.

The target is an insurance marketing organization that specializes in marketing, sales process and case design for agents offering annuities and life insurance.
