Integrity Marketing Group acquires brokerage general agency

Integrity Marketing Group LLC has acquired Hartford, Conn.-based Merit Insurance Services for undisclosed financial terms.

Merit Insurance President Jace Rosenbluth will serve as a managing partner at Integrity Marketing Group as part of the transaction.

The acquired entity is a brokerage general agency that specializes in Medicare, long-term care, life insurance, disability insurance, annuities and senior benefits.
