IntegraFin Holdings PLC acquired Time For Advice Ltd., a U.K.-based software provider aimed at financial planning and wealth management firms, for an undisclosed sum.
The acquisition is part of IntegraFin's strategy to provide platform and associated services to clients and their advisers as it enables its unit, Transact Ltd., to improve platform and adviser back office processes.
Time For Advice said it will remain a separate entity, while its co-founders, Roland Rawicz-Szczerbo and Mitchell Philpott, will stay with the company. The acquisition will have no direct impact on the staff of IntegraFin and Time For Advice, it added in its Jan. 11 statement.
