Charisse Nortje has resigned as company secretary of NobleOak Life Ltd. and will be stepping down on June 22.
Suzanne Barron was appointed to replace Nortje, effective June 7.
Property and casualty
Newline Group Ltd. named Andrew Pecover chief underwriting officer.
Pecover was most recently deputy active underwriter.

Trupanion Inc. hired Tom Vaughan as senior vice president of conversion marketing, effective June 10.
Vaughan was head of marketing for the U.K. market at Agria Pet Insurance Ltd.
Trupanion also appointed Suzanne Cheadle as director of ecommerce.

MSIG Asia appointed Enny Halim executive vice president of business development and digitalization, based in Singapore.
Enny was CEO of PT Mandiri AXA General Insurance in Indonesia.

Willis Towers Watson PLC named Stephen Feick deputy director of life sciences for North America and Jason Bertoldi head of contingent risk solutions.
Feick was most recently account executive/senior vice president at Aon PLC, while Bertoldi was a member of the litigation investing team at D. E. Shaw group.
Reinsurance
Axis Re CEO Steve Arora is leaving Axis Capital Holdings Ltd. Dec. 31, with Ann Haugh in line as Arora's successor.
Axis Capital also appointed Vince Tizzio CEO of specialty insurance and reinsurance, an expansion of his previously announced role as senior adviser of insurance market strategy.
Linda Ventresca assumed the head of digital role at Axis Capital. Ventresca will continue to oversee Axis Digital Ventures, the company's partnership and venture arm.

Validus Reinsurance Ltd. appointed Jesse DeCouto chief underwriting officer, Artemis reported.
DeCouto was executive vice president and head of specialty and credit at Validus Re.
