Icade unit acquires French property developer Ad Vitam

French diversified real estate investment trust Icade's unit Icade Promotion finalized the purchase of Ad Vitam, a French property development company focused on housing and offices.

The REIT plans to develop the Ad Vitam by Icade brand, which will specialize in eco-friendly and energy-efficient business campuses of sustainable companies.

As part of the transaction, Ad Vitam Founding Partner Béatrice Mortier was appointed regional director of the company.
