Hub International acquires assets of Louisiana insurance agency

Hub International Ltd. has acquired the assets of Shaver-Robichaux Agency Inc. in Louisiana for undisclosed terms.

The target provides commercial and personal insurance, including home, auto, health, life and recreation.

Principal John Shaver and the entire team of Shaver-Robichaux Agency will join Hub Gulf South.
