Home improvement retailer Home Depot Inc. unit Home Depot U.S.A. Inc. bought a 7.08-acre site at 2000 Chain Bridge Rd. in Tysons, Va., for $35.9 million, the Washington Business Journal reported, citing public records.
Sherwood Tysons LLC sold the property in a deal that does not include the neighboring 7.08-acre property at 2050 Chain Bridge Rd., according to the report.
