Higginbotham merges operations with Tenn. insurance agency

Higginbotham Insurance Agency Inc. merged operations with Memphis, Tenn.-based independent insurance agency Lipscomb & Pitts Insurance LLC.

Both entities offer commercial and personal insurance, employee benefits, human resources, retirement plans, life and executive compensation services.

Higginbotham named Lipscomb & Pitts Insurance co-CEOs Mat Lipscomb III and Johnny Pitts managing partners. They will continue to lead their existing operations as Lipscomb & Pitts Insurance, a Higginbotham company.
