Guaranteed Rate acquires title insurance underwriter

Chicago-based Guaranteed Rate Cos. has closed its acquisition of title insurance underwriter Attorneys' Title Guaranty Fund Inc.

Piper Sandler & Co. and Conlon and Co. were financial advisers to the target, while Much Law PC was legal counsel.
