FWD Group names board chair

Frederick Ma has been named chairman of the board of directors of FWD Group Holdings Ltd., effective immediately.

Ma, currently deputy chairman and an independent nonexecutive director, succeeds Ronald Arculli, who is retiring as chairman. Arculli will remain a nonexecutive director until the earlier of the end of the calendar month in which the company completes its planned initial public offering or Dec. 30, 2022.
