The Federal Deposit Insurance Corp.'s board approved the selection of three new corporate officers.
Kymberly Copa was named chief of staff, while Daniel Bendler was appointed COO. Both will also serve as deputies to the acting chairman.
Copa has been the acting deputy to the FDIC director since March 2019. Bendler will retain his role as the director of the Division of Administration.
Additionally, Harrel Pettway was appointed to the position of general counsel. Pettway was named senior deputy general counsel in the FDIC's legal division in May 2019.
