Export-Import Bank names general counsel; Island FCU appoints SVP/CFO

Export-Import Bank of the United States appointed Jonathan Feigelson general counsel and Lark Grier-Hapli deputy general counsel.

Feigelson previously was general counsel of global asset manager GMO, while Grier-Hapli joins the export credit agency from Akin Gump Strauss Hauer & Feld LLP.

Additionally, Export-Import Bank named Michael Morris, the founder of a Boston-based corporate advisory firm, senior adviser to the general counsel.

Hauppauge, N.Y.-based Island FCU hired financial management and accounting veteran Lisa Mingoia as senior vice president and CFO, CUTimes.com reported Nov. 22.

The credit union also appointed Keith Miller senior vice president and chief lending officer, according to the report.

Cobalt FCU in Papillion, Neb., named Bob Doucette chief information officer, CUTimes.com reported Nov. 22.

Doucette most recently was vice president of information technology and marketing at a credit union in Kentucky, according to the report.
