Curi Capital acquires investment advisory firm KDI Capital Partners

Registered investment adviser Curi Capital LLC, announced that it has acquired the investment advisory business of KDI Capital Partners LLC.

Curi plans to add experienced and credentialed talent in the areas of portfolio management, equity research and selection, compliance, and operations through this acquisition.

As part of the transaction, the entire KDI team has been transitioned to be part of Curi Capital's team. KDI's Managing Partner John Day will assume the role of managing director, equities, at Curi Capital.

The acquisition closed on Dec. 31, 2021, and Curi Capital's assets under advisement to approximately $1.3 billion.
