Core Covers nets 1st-lien loan backing investment by Mitre Peak

Roberts Manufacturing LLC, which operates as Core Covers, received a debt financing commitment backing an investment in the company by Mitre Peak Capital LLC.

Maranon Capital was the administrative agent on a first-lien credit facility. Configure Partners LLC was financing advisor to lower middle-market private equity firm Mitre Peak.

Core Covers, based in Henderson, Nev., manufactures cut-and-sew products ranging from spa covers to home furnishings to medical products.
