Colliers International unit buys Texas civil engineering firm

Colliers International Group Inc. unit Colliers Engineering & Design purchased KFW Engineers & Surveying, a San Antonio-based civil engineering, design and survey firm, for an undisclosed amount.

KFW Engineers will be fully integrated into Colliers Engineering & Design's existing Texas operations by the fourth quarter.

Pursuant to the arrangement, KFW Engineers & Surveying's senior leadership team became significant shareholders in the overall Colliers Engineering & Design platform.

AEC Advisors was the financial adviser to KFW Engineers & Surveying.
