China Construction Bank appoints nonexecutive director

China Construction Bank Corp. named Liu Fang as a nonexecutive director.

Fang's appointment was approved by the bank's board at its extraordinary general meeting on Nov. 12, 2020, and by the China Banking and Insurance Regulatory Commission, according to a Jan. 11 filing.
