Bricks and mortar: Alabama-based ServisFirst Bank expands into North Carolina

Mid-Atlantic

New York-based Signature Bank seeks to open and occupy a branch office at 1960 E. Grand Ave., Suite 1100, El Segundo, Los Angeles County, Calif., according to the New York State Department of Financial Services.

Dunmore, Pa.-based FNCB Bank has closed its branch at 1219 Wheeler Ave., Dunmore, Lackawanna County, Pa., according to the Pennsylvania Department of Banking and Securities.

Dunmore, Pa.-based Fidelity Deposit and Discount Bank has shut its branch at 6626 Main St., Martins Creek, Northampton County, Pa., according to the Pennsylvania Department of Banking and Securities.

Little Rock, Ark.-based Bank OZK has pending applications with the Arkansas State Bank Department for two out-of-state branches at 3288 3rd St., S. Jacksonville Beach, Fla., and at 6072 Youngerman Circle, Jacksonville, Fla.

Duluth, Ga.-based PromiseOne Bank has secured the approval of the Georgia State Department of Banking and Finance to establish a branch office at 219-19 Northern Blvd., Queens, N.Y.

Louisville, Ky.-based Limestone Bank Inc. on March 14 opened a new banking center at 3250 Hayden Road, Suite 3, Owensboro, Ky., according to a press release.

West

San Francisco-based Wells Fargo & Co. is permanently closing its branch at 100 N. Main St., Winston-Salem, N.C., on June 1 in view of the COVID-19 pandemic, Winston-Salem Journal reported, citing Wells Fargo spokesman Josh Dunn.

The ATM at the downtown branch will remain available and the branch deposits will be transferred to the bank's office at 701 N. Martin Luther King Jr. Drive, Winston-Salem, N.C., Dunn told the news outlet.
