BofA Securities prices $406M Bain Capital Credit CLO 2021-7

BofA Securities today priced the $405.7 million Bain Capital Credit CLO 2021-7, the seventh CLO issued in 2021 by Bain Capital Credit LP.

Deal details are as follows:

The non-call period ends on Jan. 22, 2024, and the reinvestment period runs through Jan. 22, 2027. The final stated maturity is Jan. 22, 2035.

The transaction is expected to close Dec. 28.
