BDO Leasing and Finance changes name

BDO Leasing and Finance Inc. has changed its corporate name to Dominion Holdings Inc.

The BDO Unibank Inc. unit's name change is in line with its strategic direction to convert into a holding company, according to a July 6 stock exchange filing.
