Backstage receives loan for Mandy Network, StarNow acquisitions

Backstage LLC received a senior secured credit facility backing add-on acquisitions. Audax Private Debt was administrative agent and lead arranger.

Backstage has acquired The Mandy Network Ltd., a U.K.-based talent platform for cast and creative professionals, and StarNow NZ LP, a New Zealand-based talent platform for actors, models, influencers and musicians, according to a company statement.

Brooklyn, N.Y.-based Backstage is a global platform for creative talent. TA Associates invested in the company in 2020.
