Axa Gulf forms board of directors, appoints chairman – TradeArabia

Axa Insurance (Gulf) BSC appointed Jamal Al Hazeem chairman of its newly formed board of directors, TradeArabia reported.

The board includes Vice Chairman Khalid Saud Al Hassan and members Paul Adamson, Bijan Khosrowshahi, Jean Cloutier, Farid Saber and Osama Kishk.

The Central Bank of Bahrain approved the formation of the new board, which follows Gulf Insurance Group KSCP's acquisition of Axa Gulf that closed in September.
