August Equity invests in Business Systems

August Equity LLP closed its purchase of cloud enterprise communication solution provider Business Systems (U.K.) Ltd.

The private equity firm conducted the transaction through August Equity Partners V, marking the fund's second investment.

Former CEO of business messaging specialist Commify, Geoff Love, became chairman of Business Systems.
