Atos acquires Cloudreach

Atos SE completed its acquisition of cloud services provider Cloudreach Europe Ltd., the French IT company announced Jan. 4.

Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.

The transaction is part of Atos' efforts to strengthen its cloud innovation and automation capabilities. Cloudreach specializes in public cloud application development and cloud migration.
