Ardonagh Advisory to acquire professional indemnity insurance solutions provider

The Ardonagh Group Ltd.'s small and middle enterprise broking platform, Ardonagh Advisory Holdings Ltd., agreed to acquire Hera Indemnity Ltd., subject to regulatory approval.

The terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

Following the completion of the deal, Hera Indemnity will operate as a part of the wider Ardonagh Advisory platform.

The acquired entity, which has £41 million gross written premiums under management, offers professional indemnity insurance solutions to solicitors across England and Wales.
