AMP delists from NZX

AMP Ltd. completed its delisting on the New Zealand stock exchange, effective Feb. 4, according to a same-day release.

The Australian company will consolidate Feb. 7 to a sole listing on the Australian Securities Exchange, or ASX Ltd.

Following the delisting, AMP shareholders who hold shares on the New Zealand branch share register will be automatically transferred to the Australian share register.
