AmeriLife secures strategic investment from Genstar Capital

Genstar Capital LLC made a strategic investment in AmeriLife Group LLC for undisclosed terms.

The transaction is expected to complete in the third quarter, subject to customary closing conditions.

Genstar will join AmeriLife's current private equity investor, Thomas H. Lee Partners LP, as an equal investor.

Evercore was AmeriLife's financial adviser for the transaction.
