American Industrial Partners invests in Orizon Aerostructures

Private equity firm American Industrial Partners invested $50 million in Kansas City, Mo.-based Orizon Aerostructures Inc.

Founded in 2016, Orizon manufactures, processes and assembles aerostructure components for both commercial and defense applications.

The firm made the investment through its American Industrial Partners Capital Fund VII LP.

The loan tranche was originated by Industrial Credit Partners, a specialty finance affiliate of American Industrial Partners.
