Alton Bancshares completes acquisition of Table Rock Community Bank

Alton, Mo.-based Alton Bancshares Inc. completed its acquisition of Kimberling City, Mo.-based Table Rock Community Bank, according to a news release from Stinson LLP, which was legal counsel to Alton Bancshares in the transaction.

The Federal Reserve Bank of St. Louis approved Alton Bancshares' application for the acquisition May 16.
