3Pillar nets financing to back investment by H.I.G. Capital

KKR Capital Markets was sole lead arranger and bookrunner on financing supporting H.I.G. Capital's investment in 3Pillar Global Inc., according to sources. KKR Credit is the sole investor, and KKR is serving as the administrative agent and collateral agent on the loan.

3Pillar announced in October that it entered into a definitive agreement to receive a strategic growth investment from an affiliate of H.I.G. Capital.
