Chris Marx is a Managing Director and Head of Institutional Insurance. He is responsible for institutional new business generation and client management for insurance companies and financial institutions in the Americas.

Prior to joining Invesco in 2015, Mr. Marx was with PIMCO as an account manager and senior vice president, with responsibility for new business development for domestic life, health and property, and casualty insurance companies with a focus on general account assets. He also worked at Morgan Stanley as part of the financial institutions, corporate finance and capital markets teams, where he advised insurers on balance sheet and risk management strategies. In addition, he worked at Trafelet Delta Funds, an equity long/short hedge fund, as director of investor relations and marketing and at Van Eck Associates.
