Marion Amiot is a Senior Economist at S&P Global Ratings, based in London. In this position, she develops the Eurozone economic forecasts, provides insight into the economic outlook and conducts in-depth research on key macroeconomic developments and policies.
Before joining S&P Global Ratings in January 2018, Marion worked for Oxford Economics, a macroeconomic consultancy. There, she was developing thought pieces on, and forecasting, a number of Eurozone countries. Marion was also coordinating the global forecasting process and involved in quantitative modelling projects. Previously, she also worked for the economic research team of Exane BNP Paribas in London and worked with GaveKal Research, an independent macroresearch firm in Paris and Hong Kong covering the Russian economy.
Marion holds a Bachelor and Master Degree in Economics from Paris Dauphine University, a MSc in Political Economy of Europe from the London School of Economics and a Postgraduate Certificate Degree in Econometrics from Birkbeck University. Minimize
