S&P Capital IQ assesses the monthly performance of each S&P 500® sector. The Materials sector shows the most positive price change month over month, followed by the Energy sector.
Year-To-Date, we see Consumer Discretionary growing most substantially at 12.2%, followed by Information Technology at 6.1%.
