AI Transformation Begins

In response to this AI-driven transformation, we developed a pioneering tool - our first major AI release that enables IR teams to shift from data gathering to relationship building through natural conversations. From generating investor profiles to analyzing meeting notes, this launch marks our first step in embedding AI across our platform, with much more to come. 

Real Time Edge

In today's volatile markets, understanding real-time trading patterns is crucial for effective IR. We integrated real-time stock surveillance into Capital Access through Capital Insight, bringing essential market monitoring to teams of all sizes. Our focus was clear: deliver actionable intelligence that helps you stay ahead of market shifts. Capital Insight also serves as the gateway to our advisory services, combining technology with expert guidance when you need it most.

Messages Illuminated

Beyond tracking market movements, our AI capabilities extend to earnings preparation with Script Insight. Through advanced language models, we analyze transcripts for sentiment patterns and perception gaps in real-time, helping IR teams create more strategic earnings conversations.

Sustainability at Scale

Enhancing our analytics capabilities, we introduced The Sustainability Fit Metric and Fund ESG Weighted Average Metric (WAM), bringing sophisticated ESG analytics to Capital Access. By leveraging S&P Global ESG scores, these tools help IR teams align their sustainability narratives with investor priorities and evaluate portfolio fit.

Platform Evolution

Throughout 2024, we strengthened Capital Access' core capabilities to empower your entire IR workflow. We enhanced everything from contact and institution management to surveillance and reporting features, making critical tasks more efficient and insights more actionable.

Our enhancements focused on three key areas: streamlining daily operations, providing deeper market insights, and enabling more actionable analysis. Whether managing investor profiles, analyzing ownership trends, or tracking market movements, we've made these critical tasks more efficient and intuitive.

Other New Features Include:

• Contact Management: Clients can manage contact profiles more efficiently, with a real-time dashboard and the ability to modify and export profiles.
• Institution Management: Comprehensive insights for managing investor data, including bulk actions and profile modifications.
• Measure Enhancements: The Measure table has been expanded with 17 new filters and additional columns, allowing users to analyze data directly within the application.
• List Management: A dedicated space for managing and exporting list data more efficiently.
• Historical Ownership Report: A customizable report enabling users to conduct trend analysis and streamline communication with management.

Communications & Integration

Capital Access Mail debuts as a purpose-built communication platform for IR teams, with seamless synchronization to Outlook and Gmail and robust engagement analytics. We're also strengthening the connection between Capital Access and CapIQ Pro, creating intelligent links between platforms for a unified experience that brings together the best of our data, intelligence, and expertise.
