Sun Life recourse claim for class action settlement 'baseless,' says MetLife CEO

Sun Life reached a proposed settlement of a class-action lawsuit over claims of overcharges on certain universal life insurance policies that were "inherited" by Sun Life. The set of policies were initially sold by MetLife.
