Dominion lowers cost of Va. offshore wind project, completion expected mid-2027

Dominion executives on May 1 said the updated cost of Coastal Virginia Offshore Wind is $11.4 billion, based on changes to projected tariff costs. The company has already invested $9.4 billion.
