Data center firm DigitalBridge to acquire energy investor ArcLight for $1B

DigitalBridge Group Inc. has agreed to acquire ArcLight Capital Partners LLC in a deal valued at up to $1.05 billion, the companies said in a May 27 announcement.

The transaction includes a base purchase price of $650 million and up to an additional $400 million of contingent consideration.
