J.F. Lehman exits Global Marine Group; Pelican acquires United Service Group

– J.F. Lehman and Company LLC sold subsea telecommunications services provider Global Marine Group to Keppel Ltd. Evercore was financial adviser to J.F. Lehman. Jones Day and Blank Rome were the legal advisers.

– Pelican Energy Partners LP acquired United Services Group Inc. Reed Smith LLP was legal adviser to Pelican. Capstone Partners was financial adviser and Chuhak & Tecson P.C. was legal adviser to USG.

– Canaan Management Inc.-, Fika Management LLC-, Acrew Capital Management LP- and Coatue Management LLC-backed machine learning software developer Edge Impulse Inc. is set to be acquired by Qualcomm Technologies Inc.

– Stanley Ventures- and Concord Health Partners, LLC-backed virtual healthcare business VitalTech Holdings Inc. was acquired by CoachCare, the doing-business name of Lexington Wellness Holdings Inc.
