Deal Wrap: Thoma Bravo purchases Mercell; Partners Group to buy into VelocityEHS

* Thoma Bravo LP closed the acquisition of Norwegian e-tendering and procurement systems company Mercell Holding ASA. Skandinaviska Enskilda Banken AB was financial adviser to Thoma Bravo, and Advokatfirmaet Schjødt AS and Kirkland & Ellis LLP were its legal advisers. ABG Sundal Collier ASA and JP Morgan were financial advisers and Advokatfirmaet Thommessen AS was legal adviser to Mercell.

* Partners Group will buy a significant minority stake in VelocityEHS from CVC Capital Partners Ltd.'s CVC Growth Funds. The target company offers a software platform for environmental, health and safety, and environmental, social and governance. Ropes & Gray LLP and Price WaterhouseCoopers LLP advised Partners. Weil Gotshal & Manges LLP and William Blair assisted CVC Growth, while Burns & Levinson LLP advised VelocityEHS on the deal.

* Broadband distributor and reseller Digicomm International received a significant capital injection from middle-market private equity firm Crestview Partners LP. Moelis & Co. LLC and Brownstein Hyatt Farber Schreck LLP advised Digicomm. BofA Securities Inc., Barclays and Davis Polk & Wardwell LLP advised Crestview.

* Eir Partners closed the growth recapitalization of ClaimLogiq, a software-as-a-service and technology-enabled healthcare payment integrity platform that specializes in prepayment solutions.

* LivWell Infusions, which offers outpatient infusion and injection therapy for patients with complex chronic conditions, received a recapitalization and growth investment from Frontline Healthcare Partners.
