Texas-based Southwest Bank creates oil, gas department – Odessa American

Odessa, Texas-based Southwest Bank created a new oil and gas department, the Odessa American reported July 8, citing a press release.

Additionally, the company appointed Richard Davis Browning II vice president – commercial lender and Wes Webb senior vice president – commercial lender.

Browning was most recently a portfolio manager with Texas Capital Bank, and Webb was senior vice president – account officer at First Oklahoma Bank, according to the report.
