Guggenheim Securities adds 2 to technology investment banking practice

Guggenheim Securities LLC expanded its technology investment banking practice with the addition of Eric Burns and Chris O'Brien.

Burns and O'Brien joined Guggenheim Securities as senior managing directors and will advise companies in the industrial software and technology sectors.

Burns' career includes working at Citi, where he was a managing director covering software and industrial technology in the technology investment banking group. O'Brien joined Guggenheim Securities from Piper Sandler Cos., where he was a managing director covering industrial and supply chain software in the technology investment banking group.
