Getnet shareholders approve termination of public registration

Shareholders of Getnet Adquirência e Serviços para Meios de Pagamento SA approved the termination of the company's registration as a publicly held company with the Brazilian Securities and Exchange Commission and the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission.

Getnet's board approved the same termination of registration in May this year.

The termination of registration depends on the settlement of both a public delisting tender offer in Brazil and in the U.S., by Getnet's controlling shareholder PagoNxt Merchant Solutions SL.
