Chicago-based Envestnet acquires Redi2 Technologies

Chicago-based Envestnet Inc. acquired Oakland, Calif.-based Redi2 Technologies Inc., a cloud-based platform that enables fee calculation, invoice creation, payouts and accounting, and billing compliance.

Transaction terms were not disclosed.

Key Banc Capital Markets was financial adviser to Redi2, while Nutter McClennen & Fish LLP was its legal counsel. Mayer Brown LLP was legal counsel to Envestnet.
