Santam acquiring remaining stake in insurtech JaSure

Santam Ltd. is acquiring the remaining 49% shareholding in insurtech company JaSure Financial Services (Pty.) Ltd. that it does not currently own.

Following the transaction, Santam will fully own JaSure as it already acquired a 51% shareholding in the insurtech company back in 2020.

Acquiring the digital insurance provider is "a significant growth enabler" that will realize digital offerings across the group, according to Santam.
